Declaration for the Contestant of Global Selecting Program
for Jackie Chan's Disciple TV Program (Canada)
Welcome to global selecting event for Jackie Chan's disciple TV
program.
This program is
corporately organized by Beijing Television Station, Jackie Chan
Film Corporation, China Film Group Corporation and Emperor
Group. The organizer in Canada is DJ Entertainment. Please read
carefully, clearly understand and agree on the following terms.
1.
Eligibility of Applicant:
a). Chinese Citizen, or foreign citizen of
Chinese origin, ages of 18 or older. b). Holder of a valid ID
(national identification card or passport) c). No criminal
record. d). Not bound by any agreement preventing him/her from
performing for the program.
2.
All the participants must comply with the
organizer's contesting regulation in your contesting district.
3.
All the contestants must be comply with
all the events arranged by the producer such as training,
dressing rehearsal, competition, promotion and photography and
so on.
4.
All the contestants must agree that the
personal information they provided can be used by the producer
on purpose of publicizing, promotion, training, competition or
television broadcasting.
5.
All contestants hereby consent that Jackie
Chan¨s Disciple TV program may use their personal information in
any promotional marketing, media, advertising, judging
commission, and other activities related to the contest.
6.
All the participants must only accept the
official interview arranged by the producer and prohibited to be
interviewed by the press or other media privately. The
contesting process and relevant information must be kept
confidential by all the contestants unless authorized by
producer. They are not allowed to reveal the above information
to the press, other media, the public or their friends and
family members.
7.
The contestants who enter into the final
stage must signゞEntertainer
Performing Broker Contract〃with
the producer. The contract text will be provided to them at the
deciding time.
8.
Beijing Television has to right to
disqualify any contestants from participating at any stage of
the contest if she/he breaches any of the Regulations and/or any
of the terms and conditions of the contest.
9.
Please complete the following application form, and then mail it
together with your recent 2" photo & a cheque of CD$50.00 (application
fee,
payable to DJ) to:
